Climate Change is the Issue of our time. Education and Action are the solutions. While every action we take has an impact we are challenged to make that impact low, neutral, or even negative.

The exciting news is that there are so many wonderful businesses and non-profits already in existence to help educate us and help us be responsible for our carbon footprint. There are businesses everywhere that use renewable energy and produce low impact products. I would estimate there is a low impact alternative for any product you wish to buy. Two easy ways to find these products are to check out the registered businesses listed at Green American and The Organic Trade Association.

For more information on Climate Change, resources, things you can do at home and on the road, visit the Envrionmental Protection Agency, The Green Community Center, or Chicago Climate Action Plan.
