At the beginning of the year I posted about starting a 'Happiness Jar' for 2013 - a little project to collect notes over the year of the things that made me and my family happy. The end goal is to read all the notes in the jar on New Years Eve as a kind of happiness review of the year.
It's a bit of a gratitude exercise, but I have no real formal plan, I'm just curious how it will effect us.
The year is more than half-way over and I'm just checking in to remind you that your Happiness Jar is calling! Remember to keep putting in your notes. It doesn't have to be anything big or fancy, just something that made you happy, made you smile.
Didn't start a Happiness Jar? Well, there's still time. You can grab any kind of jar you like and start now. There's a full four months (and several days) left of 2013 and a lot can happen.
